How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view Tuff RhinoPrivacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information to Tuff Rhino. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Tuff Rhino Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. If the items in your order total $195 or more, your order ships FREE! Isn't that something? FREE SHIPPING!

  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed! We guarantee all merchandise sold by Tuff Rhino. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase simply email Tuff Rhino Customer Service for a Return authorizations request.

Return/Exchange Procedure:

  • If you would like to return an item, please email Tuff Rhino Customer Service within 30 days of invoice with RAN in the subject line.
  • TuffRhino.com will acquire a Return authorization Number (RAN) from the manufacturer and email it to you. Please note that this RAN must be clearly marked on all packages.
  • Returned items in "new unused boxed" condition will be credited back for the full purchase amount in the form of store credit or if you wish to recieve credit to your credit card then you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Products that have been used or are otherwise not in original condition or packaging can not be refunded or exchanged as we do not sell used merchandise. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Place a NEW ORDER at TuffRhino.com with the size and color you would like.

Return/Exchange Policy:

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days for return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number (R.A.N.) being issued prior. To acquire a (R.A.N.) please email Tuff Rhino Customer Service.

Please refer to the specific manufacturer for specific product warranty details.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of invoice by emailing customer service. Returns will only be considered for unused items in resalable condition. All items must be returned in all original packaging and sent via UPS or insured parcel post at the customer’s expense. Please do not write on or affix any labels to the retail packaging. Defective product is subject to manufacturers' warranty policies. Tuff Rhino does not provide any additional warranty.

Approved returns must be returned to Tuff Rhino within ten (10) days of receipt of authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Credits for returned products will be applied only after the return has been received and inspected. Tuff Rhino reserves the right to cancel a return or reduce the credit amount if the product is not returned in the original packaging or if the condition of the product differs from the condition indicated at the time the return authorization was granted. I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
