All requests must be submitted within 30 days of invoice by emailing customerservice@tuffrhino.com. 

After the return has been received and inspected TuffRhino.com will issue a store credit for 100% of original purchase price less shipping and handling OR a credit to the credit card originally used for your order less 25% restocking/admin fee and shipping and handling.
