This is a Phase Change Cooling Product (PCCP). Submerge inserts in ice water or put in freezer until solidified, place into carrier and wear! Inserts may be reactivated as needed.

Phase Change Cooling Inserts maintain a comfortable 58°F (15°C) for up to 3 hours. Sizing: M/L (100-175 lbs.), L/XL (175-250 lbs.), 2XL (250-300 lbs.)
