This is an Evaporative Cooling Product (ECP). Just submerge in cool water for several minutes, blot dry and wear! Fabric retains hydration keeping you cool for hours.

Comfortable, NOMEX quilted nylon outer with polymer embedded fabric inner, water-repellant nylon liner, black cotton-poly elastic straps, and hook & loop attachments. Keep neck cool, comfortable and protected from the sun’s damaging rays. Hook & loop attaches easily to hard hat liner (hard hat not included) and releases easily for safety. Provides 5-10 hours of cooling relief per soaking; lightweight, durable and washable. Can be ordered in NOMEX and INDURA fire resistant fabrics. Approved for purchase by the CA, AZ and TX DOT (Departments of Transportation)
