Comfortable, INDURA quilted nylon outer with polymer embedded fabric inner, water-repellant nylon liner, black cotton-poly elastic straps, and hook & loop attachments. Keep neck cool, comfortable and protected from the sun’s damaging rays. Hook & loop attaches easily to hard hat liner (hard hat not included) and releases easily for safety. Provides 5-10 hours of cooling relief per soaking; lightweight, durable and washable. Can be ordered in NOMEX and INDURA fire resistant fabrics. Approved for purchase by the CA, AZ and TX DOT (Departments of Transportation)
