This ANSI-approved, breathable elastic waist trouser is constructed using a polyester base fabric and an air permeable mildly polyurethane coating. It complies with high visibility standard for both background and retroflective material as stated in ANSI/ISEA 107-1999 and BS EN471:1994. It features an elastic waist, two side slash openings, take-up snaps on each cuff and two-inch 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective tape.
