Tuff Rhino is proud to use only 3M Scotchlite sheeting on all of our reflective traffic control products. Scotchlite signs provide increased visibility day or night from any light source, and meet Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) requirements for roadway traffic signs. State-of-the-art full cube prismatic reflective sheeting. Highly reflective, durable, with pressure sensitive adhesive backing. Highly visible in daytime, twilight, and inclement whether as well as night. Performs at wide entrance and observation angles. Fluorescent yellow-green color approved in U.S. for signs warning of the presence of non-motorized traffic-school zone, pedestrian and bicycle crossing signs. Other standard colors are highly visible even in complex nighttime roadway environments. Proposed ASTM Type XI standard. Prismatic lens optics have higher sign brightness than sheeting made with glass bead optical elements. (Brighter) HI Intensity Grade Reflective Sheeting
Highly effective, encapsulated lens prismatic sheeting with pressure sensitive adhesive backing for application to standard traffic sign substrates using a hand or Interstate squeeze roller applicator. Exceeds specification ASTM D 4956-04, Type III and Type IV. At least (3) times brighter than conventional enclosed lens reflective sheeting. Effective in lighted areas, moderately high speed limits, and levels of surround light. Clearly visible at viewing angles of 30 degrees or more. Our traffic control signs are carefully crafted on a variety of substrates, including quality aluminum or steel. A baked enamel finish is also available and may be more economical when reflectivity is not required on private property locations.
